Weight Management
It is important for your overall wellbeing to achieve a healthy body weight that promotes good clinically health and allows you to do all the things you want to do. Through one on one consultation, the Registered Dietitians at NYFHT, provide nutrition education and guidance to help patients achieve optimal body weight.
In addition to traditional weight management approaches, NYFHT also offers an alternate approach to eating concerns called Food, Mind, Body, Health. In this class, a Registered Dietitian and Social Worker help participants explore their relationship with food and how it impacts their food choices and overall health.
