Being unemployed can be stressful where it can happen for many reasons. There are employment services that can assist in building your resume, practice interview skills where you can have access to recruitment agencies.  Financial assistance may also be available to you during this difficult time such as Employment Insurance, or Social Assistance.  Ask your family doctor or Nurse about a referral to our Mental Health Team for case management support.
